It recognizes the excellence, dedication, and sacrifices of Filipino teachers, soldiers, and police officers—exceptional individuals who have committed their lives to serving others and making a positive impact on their communities.
In partnership with Metrobank Foundation, Inc. (MBFI), the Philippine National Police (PNP), PSBank, and RCNME, this year’s awards highlight outstanding members of the police force through the Search for the Country’s Outstanding Police Officers in Service (COPS). These honorees exemplify integrity, excellence, and leadership in public service.

With 12 years in service, PMSgt. Velasco specializes in police operations and is recognized as the PNP’s Crusader for Environmental Protection for his initiatives in safeguarding the country’s natural resources.
PMaj. Elmira A. Relox
Chief, Regional Women and Children Protection Desk, PNP Parang, Maguindanao del Norte
With 26 years of experience in operations and community relations, PMaj. Relox is hailed as Tawi-Tawi’s Torchbearer of Healing and Compassion for her efforts to protect vulnerable sectors and foster trust between the police and local communities.

Liaison Officer for Legislative Agenda, PNP Quezon City
With 28 years in administration and operations, PCol. Obar is celebrated as Ilocos Norte’s Police Innovator of Transformative Reforms, having led impactful changes that elevate the effectiveness and credibility of the police force.
