The Rotary Club of New Manila East Champions Education at the 2023 PSE Learning Poverty Forum

Mr. Marlon Mañaol, President of the Rotary Club of New Manila East, played a pivotal role at the 2023 PSE Learning Poverty Forum, emphasizing the club's commitment to tackling learning poverty through its HOPE Literacy Program.
